Furnish Nation provides online furnishing design guidance and digital planning deliverables. We do not sell furniture, buy products for customers, ship goods, install products, perform construction, or provide trade services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to furnishingdesigncentre.com and your use of the design services provided by Furnish Nation LLC ("Furnish Nation," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, requesting a quote, approving a quote, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase services. If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What we provide
Furnish Nation offers online furnishing design and room styling consultations. Deliverables may include mood boards, product recommendation boards, room plans, layout guidance, palettes, styling notes, shopping notes, and related digital files.
Services are provided remotely. We do not visit the project site, take measurements in person, inspect property conditions, sell or ship furniture, purchase products for you, coordinate delivery, install products, perform construction, or provide licensed trade services.
Quotes, orders, payment, and taxes
Package prices shown on the website are for standard scopes. Custom projects, add-ons, rush delivery, and unusual scope requests may require a separate quote. A quote may describe the deliverables, price, timeline, revision rounds, assumptions, and exclusions.
Payment is due according to the quote or invoice. Work generally begins only after the required payment is received. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges unless a quote states otherwise.
Submitting a contact form or quote request is not a purchase and does not obligate you to buy services.
Digital delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally by email, download link, shared board, PDF, or another electronic method. Nothing is physically shipped by Furnish Nation.
Typical delivery is 7-10 business days after we receive your completed brief, required project information, and payment, unless a quote states a different timeline. Rush delivery may be available as a paid add-on.
Cancellations, refunds, and returns
Cancellations, refunds, digital delivery, returns, and revision-related remedies are explained in our Refunds & Delivery Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Because we do not sell physical products, product returns are handled directly between you and the third-party retailer from which you choose to buy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, including measurements, photos, budget preferences, room details, constraints, and goals. You are responsible for confirming dimensions, fit, safety, building conditions, product suitability, retailer policies, product availability, shipping costs, and final purchasing decisions before buying anything.
You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for structural, electrical, plumbing, installation, safety, building code, or construction matters.
Third-party products and retailers
Product recommendations, retailer links, prices, availability, dimensions, materials, reviews, delivery estimates, warranties, and return terms may change without notice. Any purchase you make is a separate transaction between you and the retailer.
Furnish Nation is not responsible for retailer errors, product quality, product availability, shipping, delivery, assembly, warranties, returns, recalls, damage, delays, or customer service for products we do not sell.
Revisions and change requests
Each package includes only the revision rounds stated in the package description or quote. Revision requests must relate to the agreed scope. Additional rounds, new rooms, major direction changes, and requests outside scope may require additional fees or a new quote.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your own residential or approved project. You may not resell, redistribute, publish as your own service, or use our deliverables to compete with Furnish Nation.
Furnish Nation retains ownership of its branding, website content, templates, design methods, sample boards, internal tools, and pre-existing materials. You retain ownership of photos, measurements, and project materials you provide to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or security-compromising activity. Additional rules are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome, product availability, price, retailer performance, delivery date, resale value, construction result, or that every recommendation will fit or work in your space.
Our guidance is not architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, legal, tax, financial, or safety advice.
Limits on responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnish Nation's total liability for any claim arising from the website or services is limited to the amount you paid to Furnish Nation for the service giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnish Nation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to third-party products, retailers, shipping, delivery, installation, or construction.
Responsibility for misuse
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Furnish Nation from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your project materials, your purchases from third parties, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
Suspension or refusal of service
We may suspend or refuse access to the website or services if we reasonably believe there is nonpayment, fraud, misuse, harassment, unlawful conduct, unsafe project requests, or violation of these Terms. If work is stopped, refund eligibility is determined under the Refunds & Delivery Policy.
Resolving disagreements
Before filing a claim, you and Furnish Nation agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith for at least 30 days after written notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and each party consents to those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
