Information we collect
Information you provide directly may include your name, email address, phone number, package interest, room or space details, product budget range, timeline, project notes, photos, measurements, and other details you choose to send so we can prepare a quote or provide design deliverables.
If you approve a quote and pay for services, payment and billing information is handled by a secure payment provider. We may receive limited payment status, invoice, transaction, billing, and tax records, but we do not store full card numbers.
When you use the website, we may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring page, approximate location from browser or network signals, and consent choices recorded by our consent manager.

Payments and card information
Card checkout runs on Stripe-hosted payment pages. A published USD package can be paid directly on Stripe's page, and a written custom quote is charged through a Stripe payment request that matches the approved amount. Card numbers and security codes are entered on Stripe's page, never on this website, in email, or in chat.
Furnish Nation does not receive or store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or full bank account credentials. This statement is not a PCI DSS certification.
Data retention
- Quote requests and general inquiries: usually up to 24 months after last contact.
- Project files and deliverables: usually up to 3 years after project completion unless a longer period is needed for support, disputes, or records.
- Invoices, payment records, and tax records: usually up to 7 years or the period required by law.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Consent choices and related consent records: usually up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, or dispute records.
- Security logs and technical records: for a reasonable period needed to protect and operate the website.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and data portability.
To receive a portable copy, email hello@furnishingdesigncentre.com and ask for an export. After we verify your identity, we will provide the personal information you gave us, plus our project records about you, in a commonly used electronic format such as CSV, JSON, or PDF, usually by email attachment. There is no self-serve export portal.

California privacy rights
In the past 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location inferred from technical data, and information you provide about your home project. We use these categories for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The footer link labeled Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information opens this same choice page. If you request a quote or buy a package, we send service messages about that request, the quote, delivery, revisions, and related support. Those messages are not marketing.
We do not run a newsletter signup on this website. If we ever send optional promotional email, every such message will identify Furnish Nation LLC, include our published mailing address, and include a working unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing hello@furnishingdesigncentre.com or calling +1 (912) 914-2846. We do not use pre-checked marketing boxes.
Records of processing and breach notice
We keep internal records of the processing described in this policy: the purposes, the categories of personal information, the categories of people the information is about, the processors named here, retention periods, and the countries where processing occurs. Those records are for our operations and legal duties. They are not a public register.
If we become aware of a personal-data breach that must be reported, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware, when GDPR or another applicable law requires that notice.
